The North Attleboro/Plainville Rotary Club recently awarded its annual scholarships to students from North Attleboro High School and King Philip Regional High School. The Tube, a life saving flotation device for responding to aquatic emergencies, was donated by the Club and will be carried in every cruiser in The North Attleboro and The Plainville Police Departments. The device was created in honor of fallen Worcester Police Officer Manny Familia who perished while attempting to save a drowning victim.
